CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. So what does this mean?
Basically, you will very rarely repeat the same workout. When WOD’s are repeated, they are benchmark workouts and are there to measure your progress.
These can also be used to measure your level of performance against other athletes internationally! All the movements that we do are natural; they are movements that you will find in everyday life. Every workout you will work at an intensity that your fitness level will allow.
